Jesse Jae Hoon (운재훈) is a playwright, organizer, and occasional actor – a Korean adoptee based in Queens and raised in Chicago & Berlin. His work combines raucous comedy with a deeply felt sense of urgency to investigate propaganda, power, imperialism, class, labor, and our responsibility to the collective good.
Jesse received an MFA in Playwriting from CUNY Hunter College, where he also taught undergraduate playwriting. Jesse is an organizer with NYC-DSA, among others.
